Our search for that modern bed ended by ordering a white Flexa twin bed from Lullaby Lane:


Pls leave me a comment if you know of a modern twin bed that's similarly modular, flexible and safe for a young kid ...

QT: in search of better bids ....

Last try to start our modern remodel, we need to find better bids for some that just came out almost 2 times more expensive than originally planned for (like electrical and roofing). And it looks like we are not the only ones with this kind of problem in Bay Area:

Last week it seemed we will never get a bid, but after some more research and ideas hopefully we'll have some good news soon!
